Graveyard Cupcakes

You will need the following items for this project:
Chocolate Cupcakes (store-bought or your favorite recipe!)
Frosting (2 containers of vanilla)
Icing (black)
Shredded Coconut
Food Coloring (green and black)
Vienna Fingers® Cookies
Candy Corn Pumpkins

Steps:
Combine 1/2 container of vanilla frosting and several drops of black food coloring in a small bowl. The frosting should now be a light shade of gravestone gray. Set aside.
Combine shredded coconut and several drops of green food coloring. The coconut should now be green. This will be the grass atop your cupcakes. Set aside.

To create gravestones:
Frost Vienna Fingers® using grey frosting. Frost each cookie on all sides, but only cover half the length of the cookie.
Using black icing draw a border around the cookie, and write "RIP."
Place gravestones in fridge to cool and set, for at least 10 minutes.

To create ghosts:
Frost Vienna Fingers® using white frosting. Frost each cookie on all sides, but only cover half the length of the cookie.
Using black icing draw a ghost shape on your cookie. Dot icing for eyes and mouth.
Place ghosts in fridge to cool and set, for at least 10 minutes.

Using 1 container of vanilla frosting, frost all cupcakes. (Make sure they are completely cooled, or the frosting will melt.)
Remove your ghosts and gravestones from the fridge.
Gently push one ghost or gravestone into a cupcake. Do this toward the center of the cupcake, or it may tip over.
Continue until all cupcakes have a ghost or gravestone.
Sprinkle coconut "grass" over the top of each cupcake. Cover the entire surface.
Add a candy corn pumpkin to each cupcake.
