Store Return Policy

The following returm policy applies to purchases made in our retail store locations. For information regarding returns of online purchases view our Online Store Return Policy.

All returns must be accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase.

We cannot accept returns of the following:

• Seasonal Merchandise*
• Clearance Merchandise
• Food Products
• Open Packages

*Halloween costumes purchased in our store locations may be returned or exchanged with a receipt, through Friday, October 26, 2012. We are sorry that we are unable to accept costume returns after this date.

Check purchases will be returned for cash 10 days after purchase.

Credit card purchases will be credited back to your credit card account.

Most items purchased online can be returned to a retail store location, however restrictions do apply. Please review our ONLINE STORE RETURN POLICY.
