NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. HOW TO ENTER: From 12:00 pm est, February 10th, 2012 through 12:00pm est on March 12th, 2012 complete an on-line Entry Form. Limit one entry per person.

2. RANDOM DRAWING: One winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 3/13/12 from all eligible entries received. Prize will be awarded by mail and winner will be notified via email. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

3. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: The gift basket awarded will have an approximate retail value of $100.

4. GENERAL RULES: Open only to residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Florida and Vermont. Employees of iParty Retail Stores, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Winners may make no substitutions/transfer of prize. All federal, state and local taxes are sole responsibility of winner. All federal/state/local laws and regulations apply. All materials submitted become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. Noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected, time permitting. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold sponsors harmless against any/all claims and liability arising out of use of prize or participation in this contest. Winners assume all liability for any injury/damage caused/claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use/redemption of any prize. No communication regarding entries will be entered into.
