OFFICIAL RULES

Eligibility: The “Gift Basket” Giveaway is open only to residents of Connecticut, Florida, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont, who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Employees of iParty and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and family members (Spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household of such employees are ineligible.  This giveaway is exclusive to iParty email subscribers and is void wherever prohibited, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws.  By participating, entrants agree to these official rules.  iParty may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prize and the identity of the winner to appropriate taxing authorities.

Giveaway Period:  The Giveaway will take place beginning on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 10:00am and ends on Wednesday, May 10 at 12:00pm. 

How to Enter:  To enter, you must be a subscriber of the iParty mailing list. Click the gift basket link from the email received and fill out every required field on the entry form.  Entrant may only enter once during the Giveaway period.  Submissions received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limit will be void.  iParty reserves the right to disqualify any winner whose winning entry appears to, in the iParty opinion, to have been the result of a mechanical reproduction or has entered via an automated online entry mechanism.  iParty reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not provide valid information in every entry field of the entry form.  All entries become the property of iParty and will not be returned.

Giveaway Prize:  One gift basket will be awarded with a minimum retail value of $100.

Winner selection:  An entrant may only win one (1) time during the Giveaway period.

All decisions are final in all matters relating to this Giveaway.  Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.  A potential winner will be selected by a random draw from among all eligible entries received.  The potential winner will be notified by e-mail.  If the potential winner fails to respond within the timeline stated in the notification email, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Delivery of the Giveaway requires a complete street address (P.O. boxes are not accepted), which may be requested by iParty.  Prize will be mailed within 2 weeks of the end of the Giveaway Period.

Prize Restrictions:  No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of iParty. By accepting the prize the winner agrees to the release of his or her name and/or likeness for potential publicity purposes, where permitted by law.
