Steps: |

Bake cupcakes according to your favorite recipe |

Let cool |
|
Frost in your choice of colors to look like your favorite flowers |
|
Place your Styrofoam ball into your base |
|
Stick a toothpick into the Styrofoam ball |
|
Place the bottom of your cupcake onto the toothpick to secure it to the foam ball |
|
Repeat with toothpicks and cupcakes until your Styrofoam ball is covered with "flowers" |
