Steps: |

Cut toilet paper roll into 1" measurements (one toilet paper roll should make 4 napkin rings, a paper towel roll about 10-11 rings) |

Roll the 1" ring into glue covering the outside fully in glue |
|
Wrap crepe paper around the glued ring covering the roll two times or more. Using a small dab of glue, secure the end of the crepe paper onto the roll. |

Using your favorite holiday themed stickers, glue or place stickers around crepe paper covered roll. |
|
Wrap napkins and place inside napkin ring to make a fun, festive napkin holder. |
